Dr. Arvind Gupta is a successful entrepreneur with global experience. Arvind's career in the US included consulting roles at Oracle and Ernst & Young. In India Arvind has started three successful high technology companies in the financial payments processing and business intelligence sectors. Arvind's most recent venture is e-Enable which he sold to the $300 million global IT product and service company 3i Infotech. At 3i Infotech Arvind serves on the executive board and works closely with the CEO. Arvind Gupta graduated with a BS degree from IIT (Benaras Hindu University) and MS, MBA and Ph D degrees from the University of Illinois (Urbana Champaign).

Shankar Saikia has extensive experience in the enterprise software industry. His background includes roles in product management, consulting and sales of both enterprise-hosted as well as ondemand software delivered as a service (SAAS). Shankar brings an industry-perspective to business software solutions with his knowledge of the high tech hardware, semiconductor, life sciences, consumer packaged goods and retail sectors. He has deep knowledge of India's telecommunications and biopharmaceutical industries. Shankar's 17 years of experience in Silicon Valley includes large corporations (Oracle and PriceWaterhouseCoopers), small entrepreneurial companies (Extricity and Icarian) as well as his own startup (The Baxley Group). Shankar graduated from Stanford University in 1990 with BA and MA degrees in Economics.
