Progress 10/16/2007
 

It's been 3 weeks since our last post. We have received a lot of great comments/suggestions from our friends - please keep them coming! Here is what we have done in the last few weeks:
1. Finished business plan
2. Completed strategy document 

Our next goal is to come up with a project plan for how to acquire our first customer or customers etc. We are loving the progress which is measured and incremental - it's like a well-balanced march down the field to score a touchdown or a goal (now that I am in India I need to use both (American) football and soccer analogies !!!)

this is more of a 'ask a senior' post. i have been in my own in the financial training space now for last 3 years; was an in-house trainer with fin svs earlier; i see scale-up as a challenge; most of stuff in our business is 'do it yourself' training delivery - is it really a business or merely self-employment...let me put it this way, since you've been in the sales training space yourself, what do you advise i do to build scale?
